Julia contacted all those involved in our wedding in advance of our big day. This ensured that each and every person knew what, when and where they needed to be, from the setting up of the reception, to the arranging the evening entertainment was handled efficiently and effectively by Julia. So many of my valued family and friends have commented that they have never been to a wedding where everything was so well planned and everything ran so smoothly.

"I met Julia at the stunning wedding of Lisa and Charlie Seymour which took place at Babington House near Frome, Somerset.
I am normally wary of wedding planners as in my experience, most don't know what they are doing and end up alienating other suppliers by their lack of knowledge and attitudes. However with Julia I was in for a pleasant surprise.
Julia was friendly, efficient, approachable and in control at all times throughout the wedding, without ever being intrusive. She ensured that everything ran smoothly, went to plan and was on time. Lisa never had to think about anything other than enjoying her day. If something was going to crop up, Julia had already anticipated it and took action to keep the proceedings running apparently effortlessly.

What can I say after Julia? In my opinion she isn't a luxury as with her approach, attention to detail, friendly, calming demeanour, lack of ego and professionalism at all times, I would say that she is a wedding essential for clients who want to get on with enjoying their wedding, without having to worry and stress about their big day."

Our wedding day was a fairytale come true. It was 24 hours of sheer bliss and that is down to one person, Julia Wilson, the most extra-ordinary woman I have ever met. Julia met every single challenge with patience, expertise, level headedness, and the most amazing smile. I have many happy memories of the preparations for our wedding at Babington house but one that will always put a smile on my lips and that summed up Julia’s total dedication was when we had just had a meeting at my house with a potential florist, I had to rush off to collect my daughter from school and had left the bath running with all samples of roses inside. When I had realised that I had left the water on I called Julia, she drove to meet me en route, went back to my house and averted what could have been a monumental disaster. There are many other tales of her heroism during the planning process but too numerous to list. If you think you don’t need a wedding coordinator and can keep your sanity and enjoy the day fully…think again. Julia is a consummate perfectionist and has since become a great friend. She made our wedding and our memories what they are and we shall forever be grateful.

We approached Julia Wilson to be our 'On the day Wedding planner' and it was the best decision and choice we made during our wedding preparations. Julia is an invaluable resource that every bride needs to have. Friends and family are not always willing to talk over wedding plans 24/7 so it was so wonderful to be able to pick up the phone to Julia. Julia worked beyond the call of duty.

Many thanks for co-ordinating all the many strands of Georgina’s wedding with us, especially with the day itself. The day went very well and this was largely as a direct result of your hard work and preparation. Your experience helping with marquee poles, signage and security were just small parts of the day’s preparation.
